Petitioner Yoshimi Okubo, Trustee of the Sueko S. Bures Revocable Trust dated September 21, 2021 (“Trust”), created by Sueko S. Bures (“Settlor”), whose address and telephone number are c/o Joelle B. Yamamoto, Esq., P.O. Box 3196, Hon., HI 96801, (808) 547-5600, has filed a Petition for Vesting Order and Reformation of Trust Terms (“Petition”), requesting among other things, an order vesting title in all assets held by the Settlor’s revoked trust in the Trustee of the Trust and for reformation of the Trust’s terms. All interested persons are hereby notified that the hearing on the Petition will be held on Thursday, October 8, 2026 at 10:00 a.m., in the courtroom of the judge who shall be sitting in probate in Kaahumanu Hale, 777 Punchbowl Street, Honolulu, HI 96813.
