ESTATE OF CARL DRAKE FARRELL, also known as CARL D. FARRELL, Deceased, and the CARL D. AND MARILYN J. FARRELL TRUST, dated October 31, 2005, as amended,
Filed, a document purporting to be the Last Will of the above-named decedent, who died on September 12, 2025, together with an Application by MARILYN JANE FARRELL, also known as MARILYN J. FARRELL, (hereafter "MARILYN J. FARRELL") whose address is 1199 Bishop Street, Apt. 1000, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, praying for informal probate and issuance of Letters Testamentary to said MARILYN J. FARRELL.
If any interested person has objection to the informal probate, the person may file a petition for formal testacy proceedings; if any interested person desires further notice concerning the estate, including notice concerning the closing and distribution of the estate, the person must file a Demand for Notice pursuant to HRS Section 560:3-204.
All creditors of the above-named estate are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to said nominee, at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
Further, all creditors of the trust established by the decedent under a trust agreement dated October 31, 2005, as amended, and known as the CARL D. AND MARILYN J. FARRELL TRUST, are hereby notified that MARILYN J. FARRELL is the Successor Trustee of the Trust, whose address is 1199 Bishop Street, Apt. 1000, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, and that any and all claims which they have against the Trust, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, must be presented with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof to the Successor Trustee, at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
