NOTICE TO CREDITORS

Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes § 560:3-801, notice is given by the successor co-trustees named below to all persons having a claim against RONALD KIYOSHI IZUTSU (“Decedent”), who died on January 25, 2026, Decedent’s Estate, or The Ronald K. Izutsu Trust, dated June 30, 1993 (“Decedent’s Trust”), to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to JANELLE YOSHIKO IZUTSU and MICHAEL-SHAWN MATSUO IZUTSU, successor co-trustees of Decedent’s Trust, whose address is c/o 95-1109 Ahoka Street, Mililani, Hawaii 96789, within four months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
