Estate of Eric Tadashi Hirano, also known as Eric T. Hirano, Deceased, and the Eric Tadashi Hirano Trust.
Filed, a document purporting to be the Last Will and Testament of the above-named Decedent who died on May 22, 2026, together with an Application by Stacy E. Hirano, whose address is c/o Joy M. Miyasaki, Esq., Carlsmith Ball LLP, 1001 Bishop Street, Suite 2100, Honolulu, HI 96813, praying for informal probate and issuance of Letters Testamentary to said Stacy E. Hirano.
If any interested person has objections to the informal probate, the person may file a petition for formal testacy proceedings; if any interested person desires further notice concerning the Estate, including notice concerning the closing and distribution of the Estate, the person must file a Demand for Notice pursuant to HRS§ 560:3-204.
All creditors of the above-named Estate are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to said nominee, at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
Further, all creditors of the trust established by the Decedent under a trust agreement dated December 6, 1984, as amended, and known as the Eric Tadashi Hirano Trust, are hereby notified that Stacy E. Hirano is the Successor Trustee of the Trust, whose address is c/o Joy M. Miyasaki, Esq., Carlsmith Ball LLP, 1001 Bishop Street, Suite 2100, Honolulu, HI 96813, and that any and all claims which they have against the Trust, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, must be presented with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof to the Successor Trustee, at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
