FILED, an Application for Informal Appointment of Personal Representative (Without Will) has been filed by SHIRLEN M. TANAKA, c/o R & T Law, LLLC, 900 Fort Street Mall, #1602, Honolulu, HI 96813, praying for informal probate and the issuance of informal Letters of Administration to said SHIRLEN M. TANAKA, for the estate of the above named decedent who died on
April 8, 2026.
If any interested person has any objection to the informal probate, the person may file a petition for formal testacy proceedings. If any interested person desires further notice concerning the estate, including notice concerning the closing and distribution of the estate, the person must file a Demand for Notice pursuant to HRS Section 560:3-204.
All creditors of the above-named estate and/or the Tanaka Irrevocable Trust dated May 23, 2015, are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to said SHIRLEN M. TANAKA, as said personal representative and/or trustee, at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
