PEGGY SADAKO LEE died on October 29, 2025. This Notice is made by ERNEST T.H. LEE and GREGORY T.H. LEE, Co-Trustees of the PEGGY SADAKO LEE 2023 TRUST, dated May 25, 2023, whose address is c/o Soraya T. Aguirre, Esq., Aguirre Riley, P.C., 2700 E. Sunset Road, Suite 15, Las Vegas, NV 89120.
All creditors of the above-named Decedent, her Trust and/or her Estate are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, to said Co-Trustees at the address shown above within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
