NOTICE TO CREDITORS AND CLAIMANTS
OF DISSOLUTION OF CORPORATION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that CORE GROUP ONE, INC., a Hawaii corporation, with its principal address located at 745 Fort Street, Suite 307 Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, was dissolved effective June 30, 2026 by filing Articles of Dissolution with the Hawaii Department of Commerce and Consumer Affairs.
All persons and entities having claims against the corporation are requested to present them in writing and include the following information:
1. Claimant’s full name, address, telephone
number, and email address
2. The amount of the claim;
3. The basis for the claim;
4. The date the claim arose; and
5. Copies of any supporting documentation.
