You are hereby notified that US Bank Trust National Association, Not In Its Individual Capacity But Solely As Owner Trustee For VRMTG Asset Trust (“Plaintiff”), has filed a Complaint for Mortgage Foreclosure; Exhibit “A”; Declaration of Custodian of Records for TMLF Hawaii LLLC; Exhibit "B"; HRS § 667-17 Affirmation; Summons (“Complaint”) against you in that action filed as Civil No. 1CCV-22-0001289 in the Circuit Court of the First Circuit, State of Hawai’i, seeking foreclosure of the real property located at 1506 Kaumuali’i Street, #124 also known as 1506 Kaumuali’i St #B/124, Honolulu, HI 96817, Tax Map Key number 1-1-5-026-030-0021, in which you may claim an interest, for sums due on an unpaid Note and Mortgage and for other relief as is just and equitable.
You are hereby summoned to appear before the Honorable John M. Tonaki Judge of the above-entitled Court, in his courtroom in the Circuit Court of the First Circuit, Ka’ahumanu Hale, 777 Punchbowl Street, 4th Floor, Honolulu, Hawai’i, 96813 on Tuesday, August 11, 2026, at 09:00 o’clock a.m. or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said day upon TMLF Hawaii LLLC at 1003 Bishop Street, Suite 1200, Honolulu, HI 96813, attorneys for Plaintiff. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
