NOTICE TO CREDITORS
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that NAOMI MASUDA, a resident of Honolulu, Hawaii, died in Honolulu, Hawaii on March 8, 2026.
Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 560:3-801, all creditors of the decedent and the Naomi Masuda Revocable Living Trust Dated March 31, 2022, as amended, made by Naomi Masuda ("Trust"), are hereby notified that Elna Minae Masuda is the current and acting Successor Trustee of the Trust, whose address is c/o Devens, Nakano, Saito, Lee, Wong & Ching, 220 South King Street, Suite 1600, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. Pursuant to statute, all creditors of the decedent and the Trust must present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to the Successor Trustee at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
