YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that Plaintiff FIRST HAWAIIAN BANK, has filed a Complaint against you in the Circuit Court of the First Circuit, State of Hawai’i, CIVIL NO. 1CCV-25-0001350, seeking foreclosure of the leasehold real property located at 2240 Kuhio Avenue #3110, Honolulu, Hawai’i 96815, and as further identified by Tax Map Key number (1) 2-6-020-058, CPR No. 0332.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable John M. Tonaki, Judge of the above entitled Court, in the Judge’s courtroom in the Circuit Court of the First Circuit, 777 Punchbowl Street, Honolulu, Hawai’i 96813-5093 on August 4, 2026 at 9:00.m., or to file an answer or other pleading
