NOTICE TO CREDITORS OF THE ESTATE AND TRUST OF CHRISTINE F. SOUZA, ALSO KNOWN AS CHRISTINE FRANCES SOUZA, DECEASED

Notice is hereby given that CHRISTINE F. SOUZA, also known as Christine Frances Souza, passed away on March 13, 2026.
All interested persons, including creditors, having a claim against the above-named decedent, estate, or the trustee of the CHRISTINE F. SOUZA TRUST dated January 27, 1992, are hereby notified that RODNEY M. SOUZA, whose address is c/o Saiki & Associates, LLLC, 800 Bethel Street, Suite 401, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, is serving as administrator and trustee of the above-named estate and trust.
Pursuant to HRS §560:3-801, all creditors of the above-named estate and trust are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to the co-trustees of the trust, at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
