NOTICE TO CREDITORS

Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes § 560:3-803, notice is hereby given to all persons having claims against Thomas J. Windsor, who passed away on August 10, 2025, the Estate of Thomas J. Windsor, or the Thomas J. Windsor Trust, to present their claims, with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, in writing within four months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
