Notice is hereby given that CLAYBOURN LEGRAND PAIT, SR., also known as CLAYBOURN PAIT, SR., CLAYBOURN L. PAIT, SR., CLAYBOURN PAIT, CLAYBOURN L. PAIT AND CLAYBOURN LEGRAND PAIT, (“Decedent”), died on February 9, 2026.
All persons having a claim against Decedent, the above-named estate (“Estate”), and/or the CLAYBOURN L. PAIT, SR. TRUST dated July 6, 2023, as amended, (“Trust”), are hereby notified that SHARON E. WHITE, whose address is c/o Okura & Associates, 1314 S. King Street, Ste 760, Honolulu, Hawaii 96814 is Trustee of the Trust.
Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 560:3-801(f), all creditors of Decedent, the Estate, and Trust are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to the above named Trustee, at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
