YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED THAT Plaintiff ASSOCIATION OF APARTMENT OWNERS OF MAKAHA VALLEY TOWERS (“ASSOCIATION”) filed a Complaint against you in Civil No. 1CCV-23-0000369 (SMK), in the Circuit Court of the First Circuit, State of Hawaii, wherein the ASSOCIATION prays for a judgment and the foreclosure of its lien upon Apartment No. 601 on the 6th floor of Tower A in the Makai Wing of the Makaha Valley Towers condominium project, which is located at 84-680 Kili Drive, Apartment 601, Waianae, Hawaii 96792, and is identified as Tax Map Key No. (1) 8-4-002-010, HPR No. 0102, on the Island of Oahu, State of Hawaii.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear in the courtroom of the Honorable Shirley M. Kawamura, Kaahumanu Hale, 777 Punchbowl Street, Fourth Floor, Honolulu, Hawaii, on Tuesday, the 12th day of August, 2025, at 9 o’clock a.m., of said day or to file an answer or otherwise plead and serve it before said day upon Anderson & Fujisaki LLP A Limited Liability Law Partnership, the ASSOCIATION’s attorneys, whose address is 733 Bishop Street Suite 2301, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint. Failure to obey this summons may result in an entry of default and default judgment against you.
