OWNER’S NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF CONTRACT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Provisions of Section 507-43, of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, the construction by Diede Construction, Inc of that certain Palolo Distict Park Gymnasium – Structural Improvements situated at 2007 Palolo Avenue, Honolulu, HI 96816, TMK: 3-4-007:010 & 013, has been completed.
