OWNER’S NOTICE OF
COMPLETION OF
CONTRACT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Provisions of Section 507-43, of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, the construction by JRD Electrical & Construction Corporation of that certain masonry, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, interior and exterior finishing, and painting work situated at 81 Lena Place and 81 Lena Place, Unit A, Wahiawa, Hawaii, TMK: (1)7-5-008:021, has been completed. The work was substantially completed, defective, and abandoned.
