NOTICE TO CREDITORS OF JULIA ANN HEITTMAN, DECEASED, ESTATE OF JULIA ANN HEITTMAN, DECEASED, AND THE JULIA ANN HEITTMAN
REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST DATED NOVEMBER 29, 2007

Notice is hereby given that JULIA ANN HEITTMAN ("Decedent") died on March 17, 2025.
All persons having a claim against Decedent, the above-named estate ("Estate"), and/or the JULIA ANN HEITTMAN REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST dated November 29, 2007 ("Trust") are hereby notified that KIMO JOHN HEITTMAN, whose address is c/o Clay Iwamura Pulice & Nervell, 700 Bishop St., Ste. 2100, Honolulu, HI 96813, is Trustee of the Trust.
Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 560:3-801(f)(1), all creditors of Decedent, the Estate, and the Trust are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to the above named Trustee of the Trust, at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
