NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF
CONTRACT NO. 24122072

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 507-43, of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, as amended construction by Royal Contracting CO., Ltd. The work primarily consists of construction of Lots 3 thru 5 (Road CC), to include installing a new sidewalk, concrete curbs and gutters, driveway aprons, site grading (including erosion and dust control measures), and other appurtenance thereto, covered by Contract No. 24122072 with Castle & Cooke Homes Hawaii, Inc. – KOA RIDGE PUBLIC STORAGE (ROAD CC), located at Koa Ridge, Waipio, Oahu, Hawaii, affecting Tax Map Key: (1) 9-4-006:portion of 047 have been completed.
