NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF
CONTRACT NO. 23122112

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 507-43, of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, as amended construction by Royal Contracting CO., Ltd. The work primarily consists of construction of a 4.57 acre subdivision which includes water system, drainage system, sanitary sewer system, storm water quality system, site grading (including erosion and dust control measures), concrete curbs, asphaltic concrete pavement, street lights, and installation of electrical, cable TV sitework and other appurtenance thereto, covered by Contract No. 23122112 with Castle & Cooke Homes Hawaii, Inc. – KOA RIDGE Site A7, located at Koa Ridge, Waipio, Oahu, Hawaii, affecting Tax Map Key: (1) 9-4-006:portion of 115 have been completed.
