NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF
CONTRACT NO. 23122083

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 507-43, of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, as amended construction by Royal Contracting CO., Ltd. The work primarily consists of the preparation of the Koa Ridge Well Site for the future Booster Pump Station (BPS) to serve the development in the high service system, which includes the modification of the site piping at the existing BWS Waipio Heights Wells III/595-foot reservoir site to convey water to the future BPS as well as the future connection to the 24-inch transmission main to serve the 595-foot system. Installation of a Temporary BPS is included in this work to allow service to the high service system prior to the completion of the BPS. Associated electrical and structural components to support the temporary station is also included, covered by Contract No. 23122083 with Castle & Cooke Homes Hawaii, Inc. – KOA RIDGE Temporary Booster Pump Station, located at Koa Ridge, Waipio, Oahu, Hawaii, affecting Tax Map Key: (1) 9-4-006:portion of 014 and 115 has been completed.
