Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 507-43, of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, as amended, construction by Royal Contracting Co., Ltd., the work consists principally of site grading (including erosion and dust control measures) for driveways and house pads, installation of new BWS water system, sewer system, electrical site work, landscaping work and other appurtenance thereto, covered by Contract No. 20122076 with Castle & Cooke Homes Hawaii, Inc. – KOA RIDGE Site A1b, located at Koa Ridge, Waipio, Oahu, Hawaii, affecting Tax Map Key: (1) 9-4-006: portion of 047 has been completed.
