JUDITH DeGREGORIO, formerly known as JUDITH G. JONES, died on February 21, 2025. This Notice is made by VICTORIA LYNN GALLAGHER, Successor Trustee under the JUDITH DeGREGORIO TRUST RESTATED 2022, dated October 25, 2022, formerly known as the JUDITH G. JONES TRUST dated
October 28, 2004, whose address is c/o Gary Robert, 133 Eke Place, Lahaina, Maui, Hawaii 96761, who has filed a Trust Registration Statement in the Second Circuit Court, State of Hawaii. All creditors of the above-named Decedent, her Estate and/or her said Trust are hereby notified, pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes §560:3-801, to present their claims, with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claims are secured by mortgages upon real estate, to said Successor Trustee, at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this Notice, or they will be forever barred.
