NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF
CONTRACT NO. 23122167

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Section 507-43, of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, as amended construction by Royal Contracting CO., Ltd. The work primarily consists of construction of a 70-feet wide proposed public street which includes water system, drainage system, sanitary sewer system, site grading (including erosion and dust control measures), concrete curbs and gutters, concrete sidewalks, driveway aprons, asphaltic concrete pavement, street lights, and installation of electrical, cable TV, and telephone site work, and other work appurtenant thereto, covered by Contract No. 23122167 with Castle & Cooke Homes Hawaii, Inc. – KOA RIDGE 24″ Transmission Water Main, located at Koa Ridge, Waipio, Oahu, Hawaii, affecting Tax Map Key: (1) 9-4-006:portion of 115 have been completed.
