AS TRUSTEE FOR STRUCTURED ASSET MORTGAGE INVESTMENTS II TRUST 2007-AR1, MORTGAGE PASS-THROUGH CERTIFICATES SERIES 2007-AR1, mortgage creditor of the estate, filed its PETITION TO RENEW AND MODIFY THIRD AMENDED LETTERS OF SPECIAL ADMINISTRATION requesting that Marshall D. Chinen, Esq. act as special administrator to represent the estate regarding the mortgaged real property located at1615 Wilder Avenue, Apt. 702, Honolulu, HI 96822 (TMK: (1) 2-8-012-050 CPR 0037).
