OWNER’S NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF CONTRACT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Provisions of Section 507-43, of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, the construction by PVH CONSTRUCTION LLC of that certain improvements known as the "Slice of Waikiki – Tenant Space Removal Work" and "Slice of Waikiki – Alterations to Existing Suite at Restaurant" project [PVH Job No. 242029], located at 333 Seaside Avenue, Suite C, Honolulu, Hawaii 96815, (Tax Map Key: [Oahu] (1) 2-6-022:044) has been completed.
