Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 342D-7(i), the State Department of Health (DOH) seeks written comments from interested person(s) regarding the following. Luke Maj has applied for a variance for the maximum of five (5) years from Hawaii Administrative Rules, Chapter 11-62, “Wastewater Systems.”
Dennis Poma, P.E., ACSI, is the authorized agent to act for the applicant. The variance request is for the construction of a new individual wastewater system to be installed at 46-029 Lilipuna Road, Kaneohe, Hawaii 96744 and TMK: (1) 4-6-001: 011.
