YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED that PREMIER BUILDERS OF MAUI LLC, a Hawai’i Limited Liability Company, and HENRY MAIO III as Member/Manager of PREMIER BUILDERS OF MAUI LLC, a Hawai’i Limited Liability Company, Plaintiffs, have commenced an action in Civil No. 2CCV-25-0000010 against you in the above entitled court wherein they prays for judgment against you as described in the Complaint; pay all sums due in an amount to be determined at trial; compensatory and punitive damages in an amount to be determined at trial; attorneys’ fees and costs incurred in having to bring this lawsuit; and any other further relief as the court may deem just and equitable.
The action against you is described in the Complaint on file in the above-entitled Court and cause and open for inspection.
