ELAINE SHINOBU HARANO 94, of Honolulu, a retired clerk for Kaiser Foundation Medical Center, passed away on January 27, 2025 at 15 Craigside Place. She was born in Lihue, Kauai. She is survived by sons, Rodney and Dwight (Debra Ann); daughter, Susan (Charles Ishii) Harano; brother, Alan (Kimie) Higashiyama; and grandchildren, Kimberly Harano, Justin (Sherrie Totoki) Harano, Kristen Harano and Zack Harano; and one great-grand- daughter. No monetary gifts please. Private services were held.
