TETSU AIKO

Tetsu Aiko, 87, died in Tokyo on February 3. He was Chairman of Daiei Hawaii Investments, and managed Ala Moana Center and Daiei. He was involved in many charities and community organizations, including Japan America Society, Hawaii Business Roundtable, Omotesenke, HCCE and as board member of Kuakini. He was predeceased by wife Shigeko and is survived by daughter Emi and son Tomohisa. Memorial service will be at Japanese Cultural Center of Hawaii, Generations Ballroom on May 9 at 11 am.
