FRANCES TOMIKA NAKANISHI 85, of Honolulu, a retired library clerk for the University of Hawaii, passed away in Honolulu on February 27, 2025. She was born in Honolulu. She is survived by her son, Keith (Francine); daughter, Shani Nakanishi; two grandchildren; brother, Alvin (Dulcie) Yano; and sister, Lorna (Norman) Hong. Private services were held.
