NOTICE TO CREDITORS OF DORIS KIMIKO HIGUCHI, DECEASED, AND OF HER ESTATE AND OF THE DORIS KIMIKO HIGUCHI TRUST.
Date of Death: April 7, 2025
All creditors of the above named decedent, of the decedent’s estate and of the trust known as the “Doris Kimiko Higuchi Revocable Trust” dated July 20, 1990, as restated and amended in its entirety on January 8, 1998, and further restated and amended in its entirety on July 22, 2006, are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to GLENN H. HIGUCHI, Successor Trustee of the Trust, 98-880 Kuhao Place; Aiea, Hawaii 96701, within four months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
