of Honolulu, will be dearly missed by his family and friends. While we grieve his passing, we celebrate the amazing 103 years of his life. He served in the 442nd Regimental Combat Team of the United States Army, had a long career in civil service, married Elyne Tomiko Marushige, and raised three children. A service will be held at the Committal Shelter Pavilion at Hawaii State Veterans Cemetery on May 8, 2025 at 1 pm. Tadashi’s final resting place lies at the foot of the beautiful Koolau Mountains which he loved.
