OWNER’S NOTICE OF COMPLETION OF CONTRACT

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the Provisions of Section 507-43, of the Hawaii Revised Statutes, the construction by Royal Contracting Co., Ltd. of that certain Hoopili 10a Mass Grading situated at Kapolei, Oahu, Hawaii, TMK: 9-1-017: 004 & 138, has been completed.
