("Petitioners") have filed an Amended Petition for Appointment of Special Administrator ("Amended Petition") filed as P No. 1CLP-24-0000320 in the Circuit Court of the First Circuit, State of Hawaii, seeking to appoint a Special Administrator to carry out the duties of administering the Estate of Robert Charles Maslanko involving the real property located at 1920 Ala Moana Blvd Apt 1014, Honolulu, HI 96815, Tax Map Key 1-2-6-007-026-0083.
