("Association"), by its Board of Directors, has filed a Complaint against you in Civil No. 1CCV-22-0000621 in the Circuit Court of the First Circuit, State of Hawaii, whereby said Association prays for judgment in an amount to be proven at trial, together with costs and attorneys’ fees incurred in connection herewith and/or foreclosure sale of the subject property located at 91-273 Hanapouli Cir, #13/D, Ewa Beach, HI 96706 of the Sun Rise, Inc. condominium project.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear before the Honorable James H. Ashford, Judge of this Court in his Courtroom at 777 Punchbowl Street, Honolulu, Hawaii on TUESDAY, the 10TH day of JUNE, 2025, at 9:00 o’clock a.m., or to file an answer or other pleadings and serve it before said date upon ANYA M. PEREZ, attorney for the Association, whose address is 1000 Bishop Street, Ste. 801, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813. If you fail to do so, judgment by default may be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Association’s Complaint.
