ESTATE AND TRUST OF SHIZUE AOTAKI, DECEASED

Shizue Aotaki died on September 18, 2024. This Notice is made by Lani M. Chadli and Ken M. Aotaki, Successor Trustees under The Shizue Aotaki Trust dated May 26, 1983, as amended and restated on September 21, 2020, whose address is 3740 Lower Honoapiilani Road, #G-102, Lahaina, HI 96761. All creditors of the above-named Decedent, her Estate and or her said Trust are hereby notified pursuant to HRS § 560:3-801, to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, to said Trustee within four (4) months from the date of first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
