Notice is hereby given that James Van Olden Peck, II (“Decedent”) passed away on August 29, 2024.
All persons having a claim against Decedent, the Estate of James Van Olden Peck, II (“Estate”) or the Peck Family Trust dated July 11, 1973, as amended (“Trust”), are hereby notified that Judy Karen Stevenson, whose address is c/o Law Offices of Kimberly A. Jackson, LLLC, 75-1029 Henry St., Suite 102, Kailua Kona, HI 96740, is serving as successor trustee of the Trust.
Pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes § 560:3-801, all creditors of Decedent, the Estate or the Trust are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to Judy Karen Stevenson, as successor trustee of the Trust, at the address shown above within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
