ESTATE OF BALBINO M. RABANAL, ALSO KNOWN
AS BALBINO MONCES RABANAL, DECEASED

Notice is hereby given that BALBINO M. RABANAL, also known as Balbino Monces Rabanal, passed away on November 17, 2024.
All interested persons, including creditors, having a claim against the above-named Decedent, Estate, or the Trustee of the BALBINO MONCES RABANAL REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST dated May 28, 1996 ("Trust"), are hereby notified that BENNY RAY RABANAL and BERNARD REX RABANAL, whose address is c/o CURTIS K. SAIKI, ESQ., 700 Bishop Street, Suite 2100, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813, are serving as representatives and Trustees of the above-named estate and Trust.
Any interested person desiring further notice must file a Demand for Notice pursuant to HRS §560:3-204.
Pursuant to HRS §560:3-801, all creditors of the above-named estate and Trust are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to the Trustee of the Trust, at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred.
