Notice to Creditors of The 2001 Agbayani Family Revocable Living Trust dated December 5, 2001, as amended, and the Estates of Henaro D. Agbayani, Sr. deceased and Avelina T. Agbayani deceased. Settlor Henaro D. Agbayani, Sr. died on February 4, 2019. Settlor Avelina T. Agbayani died on July 2, 2022. Pursuant to HRS §560:3-801, all creditors of the decedent and the above-named trust are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to Leonora Agustin and Erlinda Pedro, Successor Co-Trustees of the above-named trust, whose address is c/o Jarrett Macanas, Attorney at P.O. Box 342054, Kailua, Hawaii 96734 within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
