Notice to Creditors of The Hubert Wakuzawa Revocable Living Trust dated January 6, 2023, and the Estate of Hubert Wakuzawa, aka Hubert Kenji Wakuzawa and Hubert K. Wakuzawa, deceased. Hubert Wakuzawa died on October 11, 2024. Pursuant to HRS §560:3-801, creditors of the decedent and/or the trust are hereby notified to present claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to Hugh Wakuzawa, Successor Trustee, whose address is c/o Jarrett Macanas, Attorney at Law, P.O. Box 342054, Kailua, Hawaii 96734 within four months from the date of the first publication of this notice or be forever barred.
