Grace K. Spenser, also known as Grace Keliiheleohuopapa Spenser, died on November 11, 2024. This Notice is made by Allan J. Fernandez, Successor Trustee under The Aloysius S. Spenser, Jr. and Grace K. Spenser Family Trust dated December 18, 1991, as amended and restated on October 18, 2007, whose address is 52 Aewa Place, Makawao, HI 96768. All creditors of the above-named Decedent, her Estate and or her said Trust are hereby notified pursuant to HRS § 560:3-801, to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, to said Trustee within four (4) months from the date of first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
