No. D-204, with a mailing address of 95-273 Waikalani Drive, Unit #D-204, Mililani, Hawaii 96789, plus accrued interest, additional unpaid maintenance fees, association dues, assessments, late charges, expenses, and attorney’s fees and costs.
YOU ARE HEREBY SUMMONED to appear before the Honorable James H. Ashford, Judge of the above-entitled Court, in his courtroom at Kaahumanu Hale, 777 Punchbowl Street, Honolulu, Hawaii, 96813 on TUESDAY, MAY 06, 2025 at 9:00 A.M., or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said date upon Christopher Shea Goodwin, attorney for Plaintiff ASSOCIATION, whose address is 737 Bishop Street, Suite 1640, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813.
