Fee simple home, 5 bds, 2 fbs, 1,680 sq. ft. on 2 lots totaling 11,250 sq. ft. based on the Real Property Tax Assessment (hereinafter the “Assessment”) and my inspection. However, another fee simple home described in the Assessment as 2 bds and 1 fb does not exist on the Property based on my inspection.
