You are hereby notified that Rocket Mortgage, LLC FKA Quicken Loans, LLC (“Plaintiff”) has filed a Complaint for Mortgage Foreclosure; Exhibit “A”; Declaration of Custodian of Records for TMLF Hawaii LLLC; Exhibit "B"; HRS § 667-17 Affirmation; Summons (“Complaint”) against you in that action filed as Civil No. 1CCV-24-0001065 in the Circuit Court of the First Circuit, State of Hawaii, seeking foreclosure of the leasehold interest in the real property located at 1221 Victoria St Apt 603, Honolulu, HI 96814, Tax Map Key Number 1-2-4-013-019-0016, in which you may claim an interest, for sums due on an unpaid Note and Mortgage and for other relief as is just and equitable.
You are hereby summoned to appear before the Honorable James H.
