SUMMONS

You are hereby notified that ASSOCIATION OF APARTMENT OWNERS OF MOKULEIA SURF ("Plaintiff”) has filed a Complaint against you in Civil No. 1CCV-23- 0001047 in the Circuit court of the First Circuit, State of Hawai’i, seeking foreclosure of the real property located at 68-101 Waialua Beach Road, Apt. 301, Waialua, Hawai’i 96791, Tax Map Key No. (1) 6-8-011-007, C.P.R. 0009, in which you may claim an interest under that certain Limited Warranty Deed dated May 3, 2017, and filed in the Bureau of Conveyances on October 19, 2017, as Document No. A-65010137, and for other relief as is just and equitable.
You are hereby summoned to appear before the Honorable James H. Ashford of the above-entitled Court, in his courtroom in the Circuit Court of the
First Circuit, Ka’ahumanu Hale, 777 Punchbowl Street, 4th Floor, Honolulu, Hawai’i 96813, on Tuesday, March 25, 2025 at 9 o’clock a.m. or to file an answer or other pleading and serve it before said day upon PORTER KIAKONA KOPPER, LLP, 841 Bishop Street, Suite 1500, Honolulu, Hawai’i 96813, attorneys for Plaintiff. If you fail to do so, judgment by default will be taken against you for the relief demanded in the Complaint.
