David Michael Lisignoli, also known as David M. Lisignoli and DM Lisignoli, died on September 21, 2024. This Notice is made by Nancy Sueko Lisignoli, Sole Trustee of the David and Nancy Lisignoli Joint Revocable Trust dated June 25, 2013, as amended, whose address is c/o John K. Matsumoto, Esq., 733 Bishop Street, Suite 2357, Honolulu, Hawaii 96813.
All creditors of the above-named decedent, his Trust and/or his estate are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, to said Trustee at the address shown above within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
