ALFRED "IDO" BADUA 85, of Kaneohe, an Army veteran and retired technician for Hawaiian Telephone Company, passed away on December 17, 2024 in Ewa Beach. He was born in North Kohala, Hawaii. He is survived by his wife, Nalani Aina Badua; son, Kalani (Leiilima); daughters, Nalani Badua and Lalie (Stanley) Mersburgh; brothers, Douglas (Carmela), Jerry (Julie) and Naito (Darlene); sister, Shirley Pagatang; and nine grandchildren and nineteen great-grandchildren. Visitation at 9 a.m. on Sunday, February 16, 2025, at Hosoi Garden Mortuary. Service begins at 10 a.m.
