Housing Solutions Incorporated is seeking proposals from qualified Elevator Consultants to conduct a comprehensive elevator condition assessment and provide project management services for an upcoming elevator modernization project at Waikiki Vista, located at 2241 Kapiolani Boulevard, Honolulu, Hawaii 96826.

Evaluating the current condition of the building’s elevators
Preparing a detailed elevator condition assessment report
Developing the elevator scope of work for the modernization
Preparing a bid package for the modernization project
Overseeing the entire project from the preparation phase through to
successful completion
