AMY EN CHOW 93, of Honolulu, passed away on January 3, 2025 at the Palolo Chinese Home. She was born in Honolulu. She was the retired Vice President, Secretary and Treasurer of Aala Meat Market, Inc. She is survived by her daughters, Debra Uyematsu, Sandra (Glen) Moribe and her son, Michael Chong, three grandchildren and three great-grandchildren. She is predeceased by her husband, Donald KM Chong, two grand- children, Matthew Moribe and Connie Moribe Wharton and one great-grandchild, Sophia Wharton. Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, February 8 at The Cathedral of St Andrew, 229 Queen Emma Square at 10:00 am. Visitation 9:00 am.
