ESTATE OF CHUCK HISAMOTO, DECEASED

FILED, an Application alleging the intestacy of the above-named Decedent who died on August 27, 2024, asking for informal administration and issuance of Letters to CHUCK S. HISAMOTO, JR., 5561 Fair Haven Trail, Woodbury, MN 55129.
There are no requests for homestead and family allowances or exempt property.
If any interested person has objections to the informal application, a petition for formal proceedings may be filed pursuant to Hawaii Probate Rules; if any interested person desires further notice concerning the estate, including notice concerning the closing and distribution of the estate, he or she must file a Demand for Notice pursuant to HRS Section 560:3-204.
All creditors of the above-named estate are hereby notified to present their claims with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof, even if the claim is secured by mortgage upon real estate, to said nominee, at the address shown above, within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they will be forever barred pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes 560:3- 801.
Further, pursuant to Hawaii Revised Statutes 560:3-801, all creditors of The CHUCK HISAMOTO 1993 Trust dated April 13, 1993, established by the Decedent, are hereby notified that CHUCK S. HISAMOTO, JR., is the Successor Trustee of the Trust, whose address is as set forth above, and that any and all claims which they have against the Trust, even if the claim is secured by a mortgage upon real estate, must be presented with proper vouchers or duly authenticated copies thereof to the Successor Trustee, at the address shown above within four (4) months from the date of the first publication of this notice or they will be forever barred.
